GUAN CHAO HLDGS (01872) announced that due to a failure to reach an agreement on audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), the company requested PwC's resignation as its auditor, which was accepted. The resignation took effect on November 21, 2025.

Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board resolved to appoint ZHONGHUI ANDA Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor, effective from November 21, 2025.
