消息面上，百度旗下自动驾驶业务"萝卜快跑"传出重大进展。据百度官方消息，9月24日，萝卜快跑携带迪拜首个自动驾驶测试牌照——001号车牌，亮相"迪拜世界自动驾驶交通大会"展台。根据今年3月签署的战略合作协议，萝卜快跑将在迪拜率先部署超过1000台全无人驾驶汽车。
目前，萝卜快跑已进入全球16座城市，累计提供超1400万次无人驾驶出行服务，安全行驶里程超2亿公里。今年7月以来，萝卜快跑还与Uber、Lyft等全球平台合作，加速在中东、欧亚等地区的布局。这一系列进展显示百度在自动驾驶领域的国际化步伐正在加快，市场对其未来发展前景持乐观态度。
