China Castson 81 Finance Monthly Return Shows Stable Share Capital and Full Public Float Compliance

China Castson 81 Finance Company Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The number of authorised ordinary shares stayed at 20.00 billion, with a par value of HKD 0.01, leaving total authorised capital unchanged at HKD 200.00 million.

Issued share capital also remained steady: 712.75 million ordinary shares were in issue at both the beginning and end of August, with no treasury shares on the balance sheet. Consequently, the total issued share count was unchanged at 712.75 million.

The company affirmed that it satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25 per cent as at 31 August 2026.

No new share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements were reported for the month.

The statutory confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were signed by Company Secretary Cheng Suk Fun and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 September 2026.
