公告显示，本次回购股份尚待注销。截至回购完成当日，公司已发行股本仍为898,001,302股，暂未持有任何库藏股份。此外，回购授权决议于2025年9月5日获正式通过，授权购回股份的总数为90,866,330股。截至目前，公司已于本交易所及其他证券交易所累计购回27,382,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约3.0134%。本次公告同时披露，公司将遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定。
