根据公告，本次回购完成后，公司于2026年1月20日的已发行股份数目为2.25149亿股，同时库藏股数量增至192.26万股，即合并计算公司总股本维持约2.270716亿股。公司此前于2025年6月20日通过了回购授权，剩余可回购股份数量仍为2,220.716万股。公司强调已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法例的规定。
