2026年8月10日，滨海投资有限公司（02886）发布自愿性公告称，其非全资附属公司德清启源智控能源服务有限公司已与德清县新市镇白彪村集体经济组织及德清鑫合汇建设发展有限公司签订协议，将在浙江省德清县投资建设分布式光伏发电项目。该项目计划总装机容量为3.51兆瓦，最终以实际安装容量为准。\n\n根据协议，启源智控将利用上述两家合作方的屋顶资源，负责项目的备案、电网接入批复、施工许可、设备采购、工程施工及后期运维管理等全部合规及建设运营工作。项目自并网发电之日起租赁期为15年，项目产生的全部发电收益、国家补贴及绿证收益均归启源智控所有。\n\n此次光伏项目为滨海投资集团首次对外投资建设的分布式发电项目。此前，2026年3月25日，公司全资附属公司泰城清洁能源集团有限公司已与德清县政府全资附属公司浙江德远文化科技有限公司签署出资协议，共同成立启源智控，以拓展综合能源服务业务。此次光伏项目即由启源智控执行。\n\n滨海投资董事会在公告中表示，该项目为集团在综合能源服务领域落地的多元化项目，并将为集团带来长期稳定收益及分布式光伏建设运营经验。
