管理层指出，利润大幅提升的主要原因是本财年内完成了位于日本及美国物业的出售，相关交易收益显著推升了整体盈利。上述物业出售事项已根据双方签订的买卖协议执行，具体细节可参阅公司于2025年9月12日刊发的通函。
