Datang International (00991) Approves 2025 Interim Dividend and Elects New Director at EGM

Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. (00991) convened its second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 2025 on 28 October 2025 in Beijing. Shareholders or proxies holding a total of 12,895,994,645 shares were present, representing approximately 69.68% of the total issued shares entitled to vote. The meeting was chaired by Director Jiang Jianhua.

The EGM approved the distribution of a 2025 interim dividend of RMB0.055 per share (tax inclusive), amounting to approximately RMB1,018 million. The dividend will be paid to H shareholders recorded on 10 November 2025, with distribution scheduled on or before 31 December 2025. The final amount to H shareholders (excluding certain investors through the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges) is HK$0.06026 per share, using an exchange rate of HK$1.00 against RMB0.91272.

Other resolutions passed at the EGM included an allowance arrangement for the Company’s twelfth session of the Board, as well as approval for entering into a financial services agreement with China Datang Finance Co., Ltd. In addition, Li Xiaofei was elected as an executive Director for the twelfth session of the Board. He holds a master’s degree and has served in senior roles at other Datang Group companies. Li Kai ceased to be a Director on the same date, confirming no disagreements with the Board or matters needing further disclosure.
