INTRON TECH (01760) has announced the grant of share options.
The company, in accordance with the terms of a share scheme adopted on May 27, 2024, has issued options to 302 employees within the group.
These options entitle the holders to subscribe for a total of 21.96 million ordinary shares in the company's capital, each with a par value of HK$0.01.
The grant is conditional upon acceptance by the respective grantees.
