HENGAN INT'L (01044) announced that on October 27, 2025, the company successfully issued its fifth tranche of super short-term commercial paper with a principal amount of RMB500 million. The paper carries an annual coupon rate of 1.68% and has a tenor of 179 days. Following this issuance, the remaining approved but unissued debt financing instruments amount to RMB3.8 billion. The proceeds from this issuance will be used to repay the company's existing debts.
