加科思-B（股票代码：01167）于2026年6月15日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日于香港联交所场内回购股份。
公告显示，本次合计回购111,600股，占2026年6月12日公司已发行股本的约0.01424%，每股回购价格介乎4.44港元至4.49港元，总成交金额497,124港元（约49.71万港元）。本次回购后，公司已发行股本由783,629,580股减少至783,517,980股，库藏股则由8,125,500股增至8,237,100股。
据悉，公司已于2026年6月5日获得购回授权，可回购股份总数为78,372,528股。截至公告日，公司在该授权下累计购回207,300股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的约0.02645%。
