Central Development Holdings Maintains 499.58 Million Issued Shares in July; Confirms Public Float Compliance

For the month ended 31 July 2026, Central Development Holdings Limited reported no changes in either its authorised or issued share capital.

Authorised capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million in registered share capital.

Issued share position was unchanged at 499.58 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares. As a result, total issued shares also stood at 499.58 million. Management confirmed that the group continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%.

Share-based incentives saw no exercises during the month. Outstanding share options under two schemes totalled 10.43 million units—330,000 options granted in October 2018 at an exercise price of HKD 0.636 and 10.10 million options granted in December 2022 at HKD 0.574. No new options were granted, exercised or cancelled, and no shares were issued against these options in July. The legacy 2016 scheme was formally terminated in September 2023; however, its outstanding options remain valid.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, redeemed or exercised during the period, and there were no share repurchases or treasury share movements.

The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Chow Chi Shing on 6 August 2026.
