4月17日，高鑫零售（06808）发布盈利预警，披露截至2026年3月31日止年度的初步未经审计综合管理账目。公司预计期内将录得净亏损约人民币3亿元至3.5亿元；归属于公司拥有人亏损预计处于同一区间。上一财年同期，公司分别取得净利润人民币3.86亿元及归母净利润人民币4.05亿元。 \n\n公告称，毛利率在报告期内保持稳定并略有回升，但由于客单量及商品平均售价下降导致营收下滑，毛利额减少；同时，商店街收入下滑亦对盈利造成影响。 \n\n公司指出，尽管净利润承压，整体经营现金流和经调整EBITDA仍保持韧性。未来将继续推进全渠道战略，强化本地化与消费体验，以商品为核心竞争力，扩大全国联合采购规模，深化核心供应商合作，并加速自有品牌发展。此外，高鑫零售正筹备管理层激励方案，并计划以技术驱动提升运营效率，深化线上线下融合。 \n\n在营运资金与资本开支持续优化的前提下，公司认为现有及预期流动资金充足。董事会或将视可供分派溢利等因素考虑派息，但相关决定尚未作出，最终年度业绩将在上市规则规定时间内公布。
