Travel Expert (Asia) Enterprises Limited (1235) has announced the appointment of Mr. Ko Chun Wang, Kelvin as an executive director, effective November 27, 2025. Mr. Ko, aged 34, joined the group in 2015 and currently serves as managing director of one of its subsidiaries while also holding directorships across various affiliated entities.

Mr. Ko graduated from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor’s (Honors) Degree in Mathematical Science. He oversees overall management and operations related to sales, online business development, and back-office departments. Mr. Ko is the son of Mr. Ko Wai Ming, Daniel, chairman and executive director of Travel Expert (Asia) Enterprises Limited, and Ms. Cheng Hang Fang, chief executive officer and executive director of the company.

As of the announcement date, Mr. Ko holds 500,000 share options in the company. There is no fixed term of service for his appointment, and he will hold office until the first annual general meeting following his appointment. Remuneration for his executive director role is not provided separately from other positions within the group.

The board has confirmed that there is no additional information requiring disclosure under applicable listing rules. The announcement includes a welcome to Mr. Ko on his new role at the company.
