大唐黄金控股有限公司（“大唐黄金”，股票代码：08299）于2026年6月1日发布的截至2026年5月31日的证券变动月报显示，公司截至本月底的法定股本总额仍为1.60亿港元（由1600亿股、每股面值0.001港元组成），与上月底持平。
报告期内，公司普通股由上月底的8,466,801,720股增发398,016,000股，期末已发行股数增至8,864,817,720股，未持有任何库存股。新增股票主要来自2026年5月27日以每股0.4275港元完成的配售/认购，该事项已于2025年9月25日经股东大会批准。公司确认，当前已满足在香港联交所上市的最低公众持股比例要求。
在股份期权方面，截至本月底，公司2021年度购股权计划所对应的可行使期权总数为89,247,286份，与上月底持平，期间无新授、行使或失效情况。公司月内亦未发生任何股份回购或注销事宜。
