TENFU Executes Further On-Market Buybacks; 24,000 Shares Pending Cancellation

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited disclosed on 22 May 2026 that it continued its share repurchase programme without altering its outstanding share capital, which remains at 1.08 billion ordinary shares.

From 8 May to 22 May 2026, the company repurchased a total of 24,000 shares that have not yet been cancelled. Purchase prices ranged between HKD 2.83 and HKD 2.86 per share, bringing total consideration to approximately HKD 0.07 million.

The latest transaction—executed on 22 May—comprised 2,000 shares bought on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 2.85 each, costing HKD 5,700.

Under the mandate approved on 11 May 2026, Tenfu is authorised to repurchase up to 108.28 million shares, equal to 10% of its issued share capital. To date, 22,000 shares have been repurchased under this authority, representing 0.002% of the shares in issue at the mandate date.

Following the most recent buybacks, the company is subject to a moratorium that prohibits the issue of new shares or the sale/transfer of treasury shares until 21 June 2026.
