MAX SIGHT GROUP (08483) has issued a formal announcement regarding changes to its board of directors, effective from October 5, 2026. Mr. Li Xiangpu and Mr. Yang Lichao will be appointed as executive directors, while Mr. Zhong Jin, Mr. Peng Junming, and Ms. Shi De'an will be appointed as independent non-executive directors. All five appointments will take effect on the same date.
