建滔积层板（01888）公告披露，公司董事会获股东授权，可在规定期间内于香港联合交易所有限公司按照本公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）最多10%的额度购回股份。按公告披露，建滔积层板最新已发行股份总数为3,135,325,000股，对应购回数量最多为313,532,500股。
董事会指出，此次购回将依据开曼群岛适用法律及香港上市规则的相关规定，以公司可合法动用的资金进行操作。有关公告显示，若董事会认为购回有助提升股东回报、优化股本结构且不会对公司营运资金和负债水平构成重大不利影响，则可酌情进行。公司股价在过去约一年最高曾达每股27.12港元，最低为6.70港元。
公告称，董事会认为这一购回授权符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。公司将于2026年5月26日（星期二）召开股东周年大会，届时派息方案及其他相关议题亦将一同审议。根据公告，若于此次股东大会后进行任何股份购回，公司将视情况作进一步披露。
