贪玩（09890）于2026年2月24日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司当日于香港联交所回购750,000股普通股，占此前已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的0.14%。本次回购每股最高价格为19.12港元、最低价格为20.36港元，合计支付14,757,018港元。
\n\n回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数为523,021,918股，库存股份数目增至11,418,000股，整体股本总数保持在534,439,918股。
\n\n公告同时提及，公司于2025年6月19日获得授权回购股份，授权可回购股份总数为53,305,851股，至今已合计回购10,036,600股，占回购授权通过当日公司已发行股本的1.88%。依据上市规则，公司在本次回购后至2026年3月26日期间，不得发行新股或出售/转让任何库存股份，亦不得公布相关计划。
