购回授权于2026年1月26日获股东大会通过，可回购股份总数71,068,930股。截至2026年5月26日，公司累计购回9,622,500股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约1.3540%。公司确认，本次回购交易符合法律法规及香港联交所证券上市规则的相关规定。
