Xiao Noodles Buys Back 96,000 H Shares on 25 Sep; Pending Cancellations Reach 21.70 Million Shares

Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (Xiao Noodles) reported that it repurchased 96,000 H shares on 25 September 2026 through on-market transactions at prices between HKD 4.15 and HKD 4.29, for a weighted average of HKD 4.25 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 0.41 million.

The company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 710.69 million shares as both the opening (24 September 2026) and closing (25 September 2026) balances.

Buyback Progress under Current Mandate • The present repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 25 June 2026, which allows the company to buy back up to 71.07 million shares (10% of the share base). • Since the mandate date, Xiao Noodles has repurchased 4.38 million shares, representing 0.62% of the issued shares as at the mandate date. • A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales is in effect until 25 October 2026.

Shares Awaiting Cancellation Including the current transaction and earlier buybacks carried out between 3 February and 25 September 2026, a total of 21.70 million shares are pending cancellation. This figure equals approximately 3.05% of the current issued share capital.

All repurchases were executed in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, and the company confirmed receipt of all funds and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
