Xinyi Solar Holdings Ltd (00968) has announced a change in its executive leadership and corporate governance structure.

Mr. Zhu Canhui tendered his resignation as an executive director for personal reasons, effective August 31, 2026. Following his departure from the board, Mr. Zhu will also step down from his roles as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary on the same date. Consequently, he will cease to be one of the company's authorized representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules.

In the wake of Mr. Zhu's resignation, the board has confirmed the appointment of Mr. Lin Zhiguang as the new Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective September 1, 2026. Mr. Lin will also serve as one of the authorized representatives for the purposes of the Listing Rules.
