2026年7月21日，完美医疗健康管理有限公司（01830，下称“完美医疗”）发布股东周年大会通函的补充公告。公告显示，董事会已根据审计委员会推荐，提议续聘罗兵咸永道会计师事务所为公司核数师，任期将由即将举行的股东周年大会起至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
完美医疗预计，就截至2027年3月31日止财政年度的综合财务报表审计工作，将向罗兵咸永道会计师事务所支付约2,000,000港元审计费用。该费用参考过往审计成本、集团业务范围及营运规模、预期审计范围、专业人员配置等因素，并在双方审慎磋商后确定。
董事会及审计委员会表示，鉴于罗兵咸永道熟悉集团财务状况及事务，双方协定的审计费用属公平合理，可提升相关审计工作的效率。
公告补充资料不影响2026年7月16日发布的股东周年大会通函所载其他内容。
