3月20日，中国大冶有色金属（00661）发布盈利警告称，基于截至2025年12月31日止年度的未经审计综合管理账目初步评估，预计本财年业绩将大幅承压。公司预计：
1. 营业收入约660.51亿元，同比增长约14.17%（2024年度为约578.53亿元）。 2. 年内溢利约0.054亿元，同比下降约44.04%（2024年度为约0.096亿元）。
公司指出，利润显著下滑的主要原因在于： • 国内外冶炼产能集中加速释放； • 铜精矿供应持续紧张，致使2025年冶炼加工费出现“断崖式”下降，压缩了下属冶炼加工企业的盈利空间。
公告同时提示，本次数据尚未经过审计，最终业绩将于2025年年度业绩公告中披露。公司提醒投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
