亚证地产有限公司（00271）8月12日发布盈利警告称，根据对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，预计期内将录得净亏损约1.1亿元至1.2亿元；而上一财年同期净亏损约为63百万元。
公司表示，业绩下滑的主要原因是报告期间投资物业的公允价值减幅较去年同期为高。
亚证地产称，目前仍在对2026年中期业绩作最后确定，相关数据尚未经过核数师及审核委员会审阅，最终结果或有调整。公司计划按上市规则规定时限公布中期业绩。
公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时应保持审慎。
公告显示，董事会由执行董事李成为（主席）、李树贤（行政总裁）及杜灿生，以及独立非执行董事李泽雄、杨丽琛和郑子坚组成。
