To support its copper-cobalt smelting industry chain in the Democratic Republic of Congo, reduce production costs, and enhance operational performance, the subsidiary Jinxun Congo (DRC) Mining Co., Ltd. plans to invest in constructing a supporting sulfuric acid plant for the copper-cobalt smelting project.

The project is located in Kolwezi, DRC, with a total estimated investment of approximately RMB 90 million and a construction period of about 12 months.

Funding for the project will be arranged by the subsidiary.

The specific planning, implementation, and potential adjustments for the investment and construction will be progressively advanced by the subsidiary's management based on actual circumstances.

Should any adjustments to the project investment be necessary due to macro policies, market conditions, or the company's practical needs during implementation, the company will follow relevant regulations, including its Articles of Association and the rules of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, to execute appropriate decision-making procedures and fulfill information disclosure obligations.

This investment is a crucial supporting project for the copper-cobalt smelting initiative.

Upon completion, it is expected to achieve self-sufficiency in sulfuric acid supply, significantly reduce raw material procurement costs, extend the industry chain, and enhance overall competitiveness, aligning with the company's strategy of deepening its overseas resource operations.
