小米集团-W 于2026年5月18日公告，当日于香港联交所场内回购B类普通股326.52万股，占已发行股本约0.013%，每股回购价介乎30.56港元至30.70港元，合计斥资约9,999.97万港元。公司董事会回购授权于2025年6月5日通过，目前剩余可回购股份总数为2,594,916,968股。
同日，公司按每股2.69港元的价格新增发行27,000股B类普通股，占发行前已发行股本约0.0001%。本次变动后，截至2026年5月18日，公司B类普通股总数为21,454,276,862股。
公司确认，本次回购及新股发行已获董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由首席财务官林世伟签署。
