2026年7月17日，伟志控股（股票代码：01305）发布公告，称公司于2026年7月16日通过香港联合交易所场内方式回购6,000股普通股，占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.0028%。回购价格为每股0.9港元，当日回购总金额约5,400港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份数量调整为216,763,000股，库藏股增至2,962,000股，总已发行股本（含库藏股）保持219,725,000股不变。公司同时在公告中披露，本次回购基于2026年5月27日通过的购回授权实施，授权可回购股份总数为21,972,500股。截至本次回购完成，已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计回购2,962,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约13.4805%。
公司表示，本次回购已遵守香港联交所《主板上市规则》的相关规定。公告由公司秘书张伟雄先生签署。
