2026年5月13日，长风药业（股票代码：02652）发布公告称，于当日通过香港联交所场内回购16,500股普通股H股，约占公司现有已发行股份（不含库藏股）0.0055%。是次回购最高及最低交易价格分别为每股21.1港元和20.62港元，合计支付约34.45万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份数量（不含库藏股）由2026年5月12日的301,504,586股减少至301,488,086股，库藏股份数量从719,000股增加至735,500股。公司表示，此次购回股份源自其于2025年12月16日通过的回购授权，授权可回购股份总数为30,222,358股。截至本次回购后，公司已依据该授权累计回购735,500股，占授权通过时公司已发行股份（不含库藏股）总数的约0.2434%。
公司于公告中确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及有关法律法规。公告由执行董事及联席公司秘书朱玉玉签署。
