罗氏控股公司宣布，将与Nurix Therapeutics建立全球性合作，共同开发和商业化一款潜在同类最佳的BTK降解剂Bexobrutideg，其应用范围将覆盖恶性血液肿瘤、免疫学及神经学领域。
根据协议条款，Nurix公司将获得高达23亿美元的总交易价值，其中包括7亿美元的预付款。双方将共同承担开发成本，其中Nurix分担40%，罗氏承担60%。在美国市场的商业化方面，利润与亏损将由两家公司均摊。
此项合作预计将于2026年第三季度完成，具体取决于相关条件的满足。针对复发或难治性慢性淋巴细胞白血病，Bexobrutideg的三期临床试验计划于2026年夏季启动。
