美的集团（00300）于2026年7月31日披露翌日披露报表，公布了近期股份购回及已发行股本变动情况。
根据公告，2026年7月31日，公司在深圳证券交易所回购A股20万股，约占回购前已发行股本的0.002938%。本次回购每股价格介乎人民币84.63元至87.71元，合计支付约人民币1723.83万元。
与此同时，公司于2026年7月29日至7月31日期间，因第九期股票期权激励计划的行权，共计新增发行约126.56万股A股，合计占原已发行股本的0.01859%，每股发行价格均为人民币41.44元。
完成上述回购及股份发行后，截至2026年7月31日，公司已发行股本增至6,808,836,950股，库藏股为167,802,902股，股本总数为6,976,639,852股。公司确认，本次交易符合香港联合交易所上市规则及相关法律法规的要求。
