公告显示，本次回购后，精锋医疗-B已发行股份由325,942,348股减少至325,940,248股，库存股份增至1,821,000股，公司总股本则保持在327,761,248股。公司于2026年6月25日经股东大会批准可回购不超过32,614,504股，截至目前已累计购回204,800股，剩余可回购数量为32,409,704股。
