Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (ZOOMLION) submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026, covering the month ended 31 July 2026.

4. Absence of other equity movements No share options, warrants, other equity-linked instruments, or additional share movements were recorded during the month. Consequently, there was no change in the total number of issued shares or treasury shares.
