礼邦医药（江苏）股份有限公司（09637）8月6日公告称，根据董事会对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审阅的合并管理账目初步评估，预期本期收入约为1.03亿元至1.06亿元，较去年同期的12.1百万元增长约750%至775%。
公司同期预计录得亏损约1.58亿元至1.78亿元，较去年同期的2.097亿元收窄约15%至25%。
董事会表示，收入大幅增长主要源于AP306与R1 Therapeutics签订许可及股权协议确认的许可收入，以及美信罗®销售增加；亏损收窄则受益于上市前若干股份赎回责任终止，报告期内不再计提相关利息。
公司计划于2026年8月公布中期业绩。公司提醒投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
