YUNNAN WATER (06839) announced that the company has received notifications indicating that (i) Mr. Mei Wei has submitted his resignation letter to the Board, resigning from his positions as Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and member and Chairman of the Nomination Committee due to work adjustments, effective from the date of this announcement; (ii) Ms. Wang Rui has submitted her resignation letter to the Board, resigning from her position as Executive Director due to work adjustments, effective from the date of this announcement; and (iii) Mr. Dai Richeng has submitted his resignation letter to the Board, resigning from his position as Non-executive Director upon reaching retirement age, effective from the date of this announcement.

Following Mr. Mei Wei's resignation, Executive Director Mr. Zhu Zhen has been recommended as the Acting Chairman of the Board and the Acting Chairman of the Nomination Committee, effective from the date of this announcement.

On January 27, 2026, (i) Mr. Zhu Zhen was appointed as an Executive Director of the fourth session of the Board of Directors; (ii) Ms. Duan Tao was appointed as a Non-executive Director of the fourth session of the Board of Directors; and (iii) Mr. Li Zhengzheng was appointed as a Non-executive Director of the fourth session of the Board of Directors.

Furthermore, Ms. Wang Rui has resigned as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from the date of this announcement.

The company's Acting Chairman and Executive Director, Mr. Zhu Zhen, has been appointed as the authorized representative to succeed Ms. Wang Rui, effective from the date of this announcement.

Mr. Zheng Guangfeng, Vice Chairman and Executive Director, remains as the other authorized representative.
