滉达富控股（01348）于2026年3月4日发布截至2026年2月28日的股份变动月报。公告显示，公司注册股本为6,000,000,000股，每股面值USD 0.000025，合计USD 150,000，报告期内未发生变化。
公司已发行普通股维持在1,474,232,000股，报告期内无新增发行、购回或转换活动。公司于2026年2月底确认，总股本仍保持稳定。报告期内，曾于2013年1月3日采纳的股份期权计划因到期而注销全部20,300,000份未行使的期权，故并未导致已发行股本发生实质变动。
