CNT Group Limited has announced that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.cntgroup.com.hk) and on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders can access the document by selecting “Investor Relations” on the company website or by browsing the HKEx platform. The board strongly recommends using this online version for current and future corporate materials.

Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed copies will find the Interim Report 2026 enclosed with the notification letter dated 21 September 2026. Those who encounter difficulties with electronic access or prefer hard copies may request them free of charge by returning the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 701-ecom@vistra.com.

CNT Group emphasises that shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address. Without one, the company can only send printed notices and actionable corporate communications until a valid address is supplied.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333 during business hours or via email to 701-ecom@vistra.com.

The notification is signed by Tsui Yam Tong, Terry, Chairman and Managing Director of CNT Group Limited.
