HSBC Holdings plc (HKEx: 5) Releases 4Q 2025 Data Pack

HSBC Holdings plc published its 4Q 2025 financial data pack, highlighting consolidated revenue of 16.36 billion USD. This figure is a marked rise from 11.56 billion USD in the same quarter of 2024. Net interest income stood at 9.20 billion USD, net fee income at 3.19 billion USD, and other operating income at 3.97 billion USD. Profit before tax reached 6.80 billion USD, while after-tax profit rose to 5.19 billion USD during the quarter.

Return on average tangible equity (annualized) was reported as 11.80%, and a dividend of 0.45 USD per share was declared for the period. The total net operating income for the full year increased to 68.27 billion USD, while full-year net profit after tax came in at 23.13 billion USD.

Effective 1 January 2025, the reporting segments were restructured into Hong Kong, UK, Corporate and Institutional Banking, International Wealth and Premier Banking, and Corporate Centre. The unaudited information was compiled following HSBC’s significant accounting policies and is reported in accordance with the Group’s standard financial reporting framework.
