LANGHAM-SS (01270) announced that, in accordance with Clause 15.3 of the Trust Deed constituting Langham Hospitality Investments and Article 24.28 of the Articles of Association of Langham Hospitality Investments Limited, the Board of Directors of Langham Hospitality Management Limited (the "Trustee-Manager," acting as the trustee-manager of the trust) and the Board of Directors of the Company (collectively referred to as the "Boards") may decide to forfeit and revert to the trust any distributions unclaimed for six years from the declaration date.

The Boards hereby notify the stapled unitholders of the trust and the Company that the 2018 interim distribution and the 2018 final distribution, declared on September 28, 2018, and June 5, 2019, respectively, and remaining unclaimed by Friday, December 12, 2025, will be forfeited and reverted to the trust.
