京城佳业(02210)公布，将于2026年6月24日向股东派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每股人民币0.0969元（含税）。
公司将于2026年5月29日至6月4日（含首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记手续，权益登记日为6月4日。为厘定获发末期股息的资格，所有股份过户文件须不迟于5月28日下午四时三十分送达指定股份过户登记处。
根据公司章程，应付内资股股东的股息以人民币支付；应付H股股东的股息以人民币宣派并以港元支付，折算汇率为人民币0.8733元兑1.00港元，即每股H股末期股息为0.1110港元（含税）。公司已委任工银亚洲信托有限公司为收款代理人，代H股股东收取股息，股息单预计于6月24日或之前寄发。
公司表示，将严格依照规定代扣代缴相关所得税，因股东身份未及时确定或争议引发的责任及要求，公司概不承担及受理。
