BJ ENT WATER (00371) has announced its intention to issue medium-term notes with a total principal amount of 1.2 billion yuan within the People's Republic of China. These notes are designated as the fourth tranche for the 2026 series and will carry a five-year maturity period.
The company plans to allocate the funds raised from this issuance towards the redemption of its existing domestic bonds and the repayment of outstanding loans held by its wholly-owned subsidiary within China.
