HINSANG GROUP (06893) has announced the appointment of Mr. Ma Zhiwei (also known as Ma Chun Wai) as an Executive Director, Vice Chairman of the Board, and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective from May 20, 2026. Following his appointment, Mr. Ma will serve as Co-CEO alongside Ms. Kwan Lai Man, overseeing the group's overall management and strategic planning. Effective from the same date, the current Acting Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Director, Ms. Kwan, will be redesignated as Co-Chief Executive Officer. Her positions as Acting Chairman of the Board and Executive Director will remain unchanged.
