根据公告，回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持在6,253,028,411股，其中普通股为6,117,443,625股，库藏股为135,584,786股。公司同时确认，本次股份回购已获得董事会正式授权批准，并已遵守所有适用的上市规则、相关法律及其他监管规定。
