CHINA ART FIN (01572) announced that, in line with its strategy to expand into the long-term opportunities within the art asset sector, the Group recently entered into agreements on January 14, 2026, to establish two joint venture companies. This initiative will be implemented through the Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, China Art Financial Collection Management Limited, in collaboration with two entities under Weiyuchen Culture Communication (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., namely Weiyuchen Culture Communication (Hong Kong) Limited and Ancient Art Service Digital Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. To further support the Company's long-term development and explore new avenues for growth, the Company has formulated a strategic plan focused on investment and innovation in art asset-related fields. A core component of the Company's plan is the implementation of a large-scale art asset investment program. To ensure the entire investment process is rigorous and professional, the Group has established a dedicated internal mechanism. All pre-investment professional work for potential art asset opportunities, including target identification, feasibility studies, professional due diligence, and valuation, will be exclusively coordinated and executed by Shenzhen Zhongyu, an entity controlled by the Group. Consequently, Shenzhen Zhongyu will serve as the Group's core professional platform and sole service provider in this domain, ensuring every potential investment undergoes a scientifically rigorous preliminary assessment. Under this framework, any proposal for an art investment project must be accompanied by a comprehensive professional report issued by Shenzhen Zhongyu, which is a mandatory requirement for the Board of Directors' deliberation. Final investment decisions, specific terms, and implementation matters remain entirely subject to the independent review and approval of the Company's Board of Directors (and shareholders, where applicable), and will be formally governed by the Company's announcements in compliance with the Listing Rules. The Company is also engaged in preliminary discussions with several financial institutions to explore the possibility of providing art asset-related financial services in the future. The specific models, terms, and conditions of any such future cooperation will depend on the formal agreements reached at that time.
