石药集团有限公司（01093）7月22日发布自愿公告称，其开发的SYS 6026注射液用于治疗人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）16或18型相关宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变（HSIL）的Ⅱ期临床试验已在中国正式启动。 SYS 6026属于治疗用生物制品1类，为治疗性mRNA疫苗，以HPV16和18亚型E6、E7蛋白作为作用靶点。该产品通过脂质纳米粒（LNP）递送后在细胞内表达E6、E7蛋白，经人类白细胞抗原（HLA）分子递呈，诱导产生特异性T细胞以杀灭表达靶抗原基因的HPV感染细胞或肿瘤细胞。公告指出，HPV16和18型为致病性最强的亚型，约10%的感染者在3年内可发展为高级别宫颈癌前病变，且超过70%的高级别宫颈病变和宫颈癌与上述两型相关。公司表示，该产品作为一种非手术治疗方案，有望为HPV16或18型相关HSIL提供新的治疗选择。此前，石药集团于2024年11月收到国家药品监督管理局签发的临床试验批准通知书，并已启动评估SYS 6026安全性和耐受性的Ⅰ期临床试验。本次Ⅱ期临床试验为多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照研究，旨在比较SYS 6026与安慰剂治疗HPV16或18型相关HSIL的有效性和安全性。目前，受试者招募与筛选工作正在进行中。
