京维集团（01195）于2026年9月21日发布盈利警告称，依据对截至2026年6月30日止年度的未经审核综合管理账目初步评估，集团预计本财年将录得净亏损约人民币600万元至1,200万元。相较之下，截至2025年6月30日止年度，集团录得净亏损约人民币195万元。
公司指出，亏损扩大主要源于本年度徐州业务的存货减值及商誉减值。相关财务数据尚未经过公司审核委员会审阅，亦未经核数师审计，后续审阅过程中数据或将有所调整。
集团计划于2026年9月28日公布本财年年度业绩。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
