天鸽互动（01980）于2026年7月29日公告，基于此前获得的股份购回授权，公司于香港联交所场内回购普通股股份20万股。本次回购股份占该次交易前已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.01806%。本次回购每股价格为0.63港元，合计耗资约12.60万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本变动为11.07250162亿股，库藏股数增至214万股。公司提示，购回股份将被持作库藏股。公司此前于2026年5月29日获得股东会议通过的购回授权，可回购合计1.10939016亿股，迄今在香港联交所已合计回购214万股，占购回授权通过日已发行股本总数的约0.1929%。公司确认本次回购已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由公司联席公司秘书陈秀签署。
