Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. announced on Aug, 31 2026 that there has been no material change in the court-ordered winding up of its Malaysian subsidiary, Kingsmen Projects Sdn. Bhd., since the last update on Jul, 31 2026.
The company added that the process has not had a significant impact on the group’s financial position and said it will provide further announcements in line with Singapore Exchange listing requirements when there are material developments.
