Media Chinese International Limited requested an immediate suspension of its shares on both The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and Bursa Malaysia on 29 May 2026. Trading was halted at 9:45 a.m. in Hong Kong and 10:41 a.m. in Malaysia.

The company cited the forthcoming release of inside information and the need to clarify certain points in its annual results announcement issued on 28 May 2026 for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.

The halt remains in force until a further announcement is published.
