Solis Holdings Limited (Solis) has realised S$253,017 (HK$1.50 million) from the open-market sale of a Seatrium Financial Services Pte. Ltd. 2.95% bond maturing 28 April 2031. The transaction, executed on 12 August 2026, generated an unaudited gain of S$2,600.

The bond carried a principal of S$0.25 million and pays a semi-annual 2.95% coupon. The disposal price implies a small premium to par value and mirrors the terms of two prior sales concluded on 12 May 2026 and 30 June 2026, which together realised S$2.27 million and delivered S$13,400 in aggregate gains.

Including the latest deal, Solis has divested S$2.52 million in Seatrium bonds within the past 12 months, classifying the activity as a “discloseable transaction” under Hong Kong Listing Rule 14.07 (percentage ratios above 5% but below 25%). As such, the transaction requires public disclosure but does not trigger a shareholder vote.

Proceeds will be channelled into general working capital, with flexibility retained for future investment opportunities in line with the group’s strategy of maintaining a diversified portfolio across equities, bonds, funds, structured products and derivatives.

The bonds were initially purchased for investment purposes; management viewed current market pricing as an opportune exit point. Seatrium Financial Services, the issuer, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore-listed Seatrium Limited (SGX: 5E2) and serves as its financial and treasury arm.
